LLOYDDECK & LLOYDTILE are profiled sheeting developed to provide scientific solutions for roof and wall cladding of industrial and commercial buildings, made available in standard / high tensile steels, galvanized/galvalume metal protection and external finish with organic coatings like architectural polyester/XRW coating/fluoro polymer and plastisols.

LLOYDDECK is provided with a precisely engineered wide "Rib and Flute" design to ensure wise spanning and quick recovery after being subjected to excessive loads.

LLOYDTILE , in addition to the advantages provided by Lloydeck, offers new dimensions to architectural aesthetics.

LLOYDROC PANEL SYSTEM
LLOYDROC PANEL SYSTEM comprises of prefabricated composite sandwich panels with high density Rockwool converted to Lamellar as core and colour coated GI sheet facing on both sides, complete with joint sealants and fixing ancillaries. Lloydroc Panel System provides an one step solution in the form of insulated walls for easy and quicker construction of turbine generator building and other industrial buildings.

MATERIAL:
STEEL FACING: 0.6mm thickness, 240 MPa steel, 275 gms/sqm. hot dipped galvanizing with 25 microns total coating thickness of Fluoropolymer(PVF2)/Silicon Modified Polyster(SMP) paint on exterior side and SMP coat on interior side.(*other facings are optional)

CORE: High density Rockwool slabs of 100 Kg/m³ density converted to Lamellar, bonded to steel sheets with industrial grade adhesive.

LLOYDPANEL 30 provides an one step solution in the form of pre-fabricated sandwiched CFC free polyurethane foam panel system comprising of LLOYDECK metal roofing sheet on one side, liner panel on the inner face and CFC free polyurethane foam injected between.
LLOYDPANEL 30 ensures exceptional panel strength and answers the problem of providing high insulation value to roofing in air conditioned and insulated industrial buildings.

ISOTHANE liquid rubber is tough waterproof membrane applied by LLoyd Insualtions applicators or supplied direct ready for use by the purchaser, manufactured in collaboration with Liquid Polymers UK.

ISOTHANE , a tough, long lasting seamless, waterproof synthetic rubber is formed when scientifically designed heavy duty polymers react with atmospheric moisture to get a dense network of polymer chains.

LLOYDPANEL SYSTEM
LLOYDPANEL SYSTEM involves the use of prefabricated sandwich panels of rigid CFC free polyurethane foam along with necessary accesories to provide the complete solution for thermal insulation requirements of modern cold storage facilities.

LLOYDPANEL SYSTEM is available in lengths of 3600 mm / 4200 mm / 5400 mm & 6000 mm, in widths of 600 mm/900 mm/1200 mm and thickness of insulation 60 mm/80 mm/100 mm/120 mm/150 mm & 200 mm.
The inner and outer surface of panel elements are made up of 0.6mm thick hot dipped galvanized, off-white colour coated steel sheets with a core of 40 kg/m² rigid polyurethane foam injected between the inner and outer sheets.

LLOYDSHELTER DUST PROOF,WATER PROOF, INSULATED ENCLOSURE FOR CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE
LLOYDSHELTER provides a one step answer where a thermally insulated, watertight and dustproof enclosure is needed for housing sensitive equipment, electronic devices in telecommunication, remote sensing and defence applications and site offices.

LLOYDSHELTER is constructed out of the revolutionary "LLOYDPANEL SYSTEM" comprising of specially designed corner panels which define the coordinates of the enclosure and act as the main structured element for securement to the base frame system. Standard panels are used to fill the space between edges of the corner panels to complete the wall, ceiling and floor insulation in the required thickness. Doors, PVC seals/ flashings, steel profiles for inner and outer corners, silicon sealant, foam chemicals and other elements are also supplied as required.
